TDC has implemented eTray in order to improve the service to the customers. eTray is used for optimisation and automation of the work in connection with drawing up new telephone subscriptions, changing existing customer conditions, the handling of customer contact, etc. On a daily basis, eTray is used by more than 1,000 customer services employees, who jointly handle more than 1 million issues every year.

Since 2003 Sonofon has been using the NEXCOM eTray for the handling of general correspondence and customer enquiries in a structured and efficient way. Workflow is used on all levels of the organisation, both by the employees in Customer Service and by the Management. The system lightens the working day for employees and gives Management an efficient tool for the optimisation of the work processes, budgeting and forecasting. Today, hundreds of eTray-users handle more than 5,000 issues on a daily basis.

eTray is a vital component within Novo Nordisk’s Document Management System in relation to the production. Thus, heavy demands are placed on eTray, both with regard to the quality of the system, its reliability and flexibility. In addition to this, naturally, the competences and the service level of NEXCOM are finely tuned. Novo Nordisk is using the efficient eTray scanning module, integrated with their document handling solution from Documentum.

Kirkebjerg A/S is one on the leading nationwide technical contractors in Denmark with headquarters near Roskilde. By means of eTray, Kirkebjerg has digitalised their large document archives, holding all the documentation regarding building activities. All contracts, drawings, letters, etc. are now in digital format in the eTray archives, which means that documentation is retrieved significantly faster than previously. Another benefit is that the digitalisation has freed up storage space, which was used as archives before.
